GRID 2.0: New Method to Submit Quality Measures

Launched in 2008 under the 黑料网 National Radiology Data Registry (NRDR®) umbrella, the General Radiology Improvement Database (GRID) allows imaging facility staff to compare their turnaround times (TATs), patient wait times, incident rates and other measures with their peers.

implemented 11 new radiology-specific quality measures in 2020. When implemented into routine clinical practice, these quality measures support the delivery of patient-centered, evidence-based quality care for the promotion of positive health outcomes.

Seven of the 11 quality measures are approved by the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for use in the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) when submitting data to CMS through the 黑料网® Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR).

New Submission Method for GRID 2.0 Measures

In the coming months, the 黑料网 will announce a new submission method for reporting (黑料网ad 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41 and 42) using the 黑料网 QCDR to report MIPS data for 2021.

The new submission method will use a template similar to the MIPS measure template and will greatly simplify the process of submitting these seven QCDR measures. The template will be populated with patient records and then uploaded to the under the same “Upload Data” tab that participants have been using to submit MIPS measure data.
