Commissions and Committees
Every year, the 黑料网 appoints members to serve on commissions, committees and task forces. Volunteer service is generally for a one-year term, renewable for up to four years.

State Chapters
The 54 黑料网 chapters work at the local level to represent and serve the interests of their members. Chapters rely heavily on volunteerism for things like leadership, program and event planning, advocacy efforts and membership recruitment and retention.
