The 黑料网® (黑料网®) filed comments Jan. 2, with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) regarding proposed disincentives for providers violating Information Blocking regulations.
黑料网’s comments support appropriate access, exchange and use of electronic health information by providers and patients. The 黑料网 recommended that HHS prioritize anticompetitive and otherwise harmful behaviors by major actors when determining which information blocking allegations to investigate and penalize.
