Applications:
- Simply smell it- Studies have shown that a quick whiff of Ylang Ylang oil straight from the bottle can booost dopamine (happiness hormone), which helps uplift your mood, relieve symptoms of hypertension, regulate pulse rate and reduce your heart rate and blood pressure. It is also known to help fight feelings of anger, anxiousness, depression, low self-esteem, panic, confusion, etc.
- Diffuse it- Simply add 1 or 2 drops of our Ylang Ylang Oil to your diffuser any time when relief is needed, and even before bedtime to aid in achieving a deeper and better quality of sleep . *Kindly note that because our Ylang Ylang is unadulterated and undiluted, it is more potent and concentrated than essential oils that have been adulterated and/or diluted.
