Course Overview

Are you a radiologist ready for additional responsibility? Join the RLI Leadership Accelerator, a 12-week virtual course designed to enhance your leadership skills. Participants will:

  • Build your executive skills and drive change from the reading room to the boardroom.
  • Master management strategies for the hospital boardroom.
  • Develop expertise in radiology operations, negotiations, and finances.
  • Learn to be recognized as a leader by other departments.
  • Collaborate and grow with their peers.

Schedule

The RLI Leadership Accelerator combines live 90-minute virtual sessions with pre-read materials. Sessions are held Thursday evenings from 7pm–8:30pm (ET), featuring faculty presentations and interactive Q&A. Engage with peers and faculty via the ºÚÁÏÍø Engage platform, and receive CME credit for live sessions. The course concludes with an in-depth Q&A with all faculty.
